We’re just a day away from the new year and when I look back at what the Lord has done for me this year, I can’t help but be grateful and thankful. I love offering hugs and I wouldn’t mind hugging God right now because He blew my mind! I am grateful for my family, my gift (in form of friends), and always coming through. I trusted Him that I wouldn’t pass on my debt till the next year and that prayer was answered. I choose to focus on that which He has done other than the things that didn’t happen.
God has been good, whether you noticed it
or not. The fact that He did something shows that He can do it again. Nothing
is too hard for him (Genesis 18:14). Be grateful. It’s 364/365. That alone is
something to be grateful for.
I have so much to write however, this past
30 days has tampered with my love for writing long posts. All I want to do is
keep write-ups short and straight to the point while trusting the Holy Spirit
to expatiate the words in your heart.
I just want to encourage you to give thanks
for what you have, and not grumble for the ones you didn’t get. If you pick a
pen and decide to write all that God has done, trust me, you’ll exhaust the
pen. And this just gave me an idea. I’m going to do this next year. For every
thing God does next year, I’m going to pen them down in a jar and that’ll be my
end of the year video for next year.
God literally answered 90% of my prayers
this year and I am super grateful. If I shared 5 daily for this 31 days
journey, trust me, I wouldn’t still exhaust all.
Dear reader, just thank God for what He has
done and don’t stress about the one He hasn’t done.
